It includes shopping for ingredients in the souika, bargaining for your own fruits and vegetables, uncovering the traditions of slow- roasting mechoui ovens, the marinated vegetables, l’ben butter, fetching the cookies from the local farnatchi oven and plenty of ubiquitous Moroccan atay.
